We affirm, support, and resource people with out-of-the-box missional ideas
Infuse is an emerging not-for-profit initiative in the city of Tucson, Arizona, that is equipping the church to get behind the next wave of leaders who seek to do the business of mission – and not business as usual.
The Church Needs Missional Professionals
Imagine if we raised up deeply faithful Christians who were also excellent in their field of work. We already know such people! What if we could see, affirm, and invest in their missional work? What if, as God allows, we had the opportunity to help move their work in an increasingly missional direction?
Our Values
Connect
Partnering with local churches to identify and co-develop their members with out-of-the-box missional ideas.
Affirm
Acknowledging people and their stories in order to help them embrace their unique mission for the good of Tucson in the name of Jesus.
Build
Framing and transforming ideas into a scaffolding of practical and sustainable concepts to produce a model for sustainable action.
Engage
Connecting the people, places, ideas, and needs of Tucson with missional thinkers to create a local environment of genuine love and service.
Restore
Participating in the work of the restoration and renewal of creation and human dignity for the sake of the Gospel and the proclamation of the cross.
Spark
Inspiring creativity and new ideas through community and storytelling.
Sustain
Cultivating an atmosphere of growth through mentorship, encouragement, and rest to invest in long-term change in the community of Tucson.
Leadership
Infuse was born out of conversations between Christian leaders who shared a common desire for non-traditional missional ideas to be more deeply understood, affirmed, supported, and resourced by the local church.
Resources
Our plan is to develop a toolkit for churches, host a multi-church leadership table, empower missional leaders with targeted encouragement sessions, and curate practical support structures with funding streams available to qualified participants..
