Infuse Tucson Board Retreat: Rooted, Refocused, and Ready for the Year Ahead

Recently, the Infuse Tucson Board gathered for a meaningful day of reflection, strategy, and visioning. In the spirit of the entrepreneurial work we champion, we paused to ask bold, honest questions: Where have we come from? What’s working—and what’s not? Where is God leading us next?

Just as our cohort members are invited to regularly revisit their mission and values, we took a deep dive into our own. We examined our purpose with fresh eyes, asking if our vision still fits the moment—or if it’s time to pivot.

We also turned our focus outward. Drawing on thoughtful feedback, we explored ways to refine the cohort schedule, deepen the participant experience, and ensure our programs deliver lasting value. And we dreamed of stronger collaboration across Tucson’s business, faith, nonprofit, and startup ecosystems—spaces where Infuse can build bridges and amplify impact.

The result? A renewed sense of unity, purpose, and possibility.

This retreat wasn’t just about planning—it also brought a renewed sense of unity, purpose, and possibility. The seeds sown in this space will shape a vibrant year ahead: more focused programming, stronger partnerships, and a deeper impact in Southern Arizona. We’re excited for what’s to come, and grateful to walk forward in faith and unity.
